Prints: At Arvizu Art, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Custom prints, due to their personalized nature, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or are defective. We aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned items.
